“About nine years ago, I began to feel a shift in my clients' needs. I was working with several parents that were eager to make changes in their lives and were looking for support, guidance, and accountability. Our work was moving away from traditional insight-oriented psychotherapy and towards a collaborative relationship that emphasized the idea that one could create and live the life of their dreams. After my training with PCI, my practice evolved, and I redirected my focus from psychotherapy to coaching."
